10 Minutes To Sleep
Dress comfortably, whatever works best for your sleep.
Breathe deeply throughout the following "exercise."
Kneel on your bed or the floor. Sit back on your heels.
Bend forward until chest rests on thighs.
Forehead should touch the bed or floor. Chin will be tucked under.
Relax arms on bed or floor beside your legs, palms UP.
HOLD for 10 seconds.
Do this as many times as you feel like doing. You will be sleeping soon.
